My approach

My approach is down-to-earth and welcoming – open, without judgment – encouraging a space of shared learning, enthusiasm and exploration. The courses I teach draw on centuries-old Zen practices but are not Buddhist or religious in delivery. You do not need to follow any particular faith or belief – this really is for all people!

The beauty of ‘Zen’ meditation lies in the simplicity and authenticity of its techniques which are profound, yet very grounded. Most importantly the techniques can be applied very practically to everyday life.

Personal practice informs my teaching by drawing on real experience and not just theory.

The true purpose is to see things as they are, to observe things as they are, and to let everything go as it goes.”
