Perhaps you would prefer to learn or develop your meditation practice on a one-2-one basis?

Whilst the 8-week courses are usually delivered in a group format, some students may find that a one-2-one setting is more appropriate. Perhaps your location prevents you from attending a course in person, maybe you find group settings challenging, or you may just feel that, for you, personal instruction would be more beneficial. Both 8-week courses can be delivered one-2-one, either in person, or via Skype or telephone.

One-2-one courses will typically be conducted with one meeting, or Skype call, per week, plus a mid-week review of progress via email. If you are interested in a one-2-one course, please contact me to discuss your requirements.

Please note: These courses are designed to contribute to your own personal growth and wellbeing and are not intended to act as, or replace, a form of therapy. Courses are open to a wide range of interested students, but are not suitable for those with psychiatric illness or serious mental health conditions, e.g. paranoia or schizophrenia.
